Thanks to the high-resolution 7-inch full-colour touch screen , the multiplayer always provides all the important information you need when DJing and mixing, such as wave zoom , needle countdown , phase display , BPM , key , custom tags . With the shortcut button you can directly access "My Settings" or switch to the browse mode . In addition, the Qwerty keyboard and the track search with filter function speeds up browsing for songs and supports the creation of a tracks wishlist.

The Pioneer DJ CDJ-2000 NXS2 is a professional DJ's tool and provides two banks of 4 hot cues each , offering even more control and choice. The cues and colours can be set either in rekordbox or directly and easily on the fly.

96 kHz/24 Bit Audio Interface

One of its great features is the clear and powerful sound of the CDJ-2000 NXS2. For the ultimate club sound, the CDJ-2000 NXS2 player features a 96 kHz/24-bit sound card and an optimised digital signal processor (DSP) and digital output .

On top of that, the separate power supply and the use of a 32-bit D/A converter reduce analogue noise to a minimum. Crystal-clear HiRes audio is supported for FLAC and ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio) formats, and of course tracks can handle audio formats such as MP3 , WAV , AAC and AIFF .

HID Interface (Human Interface Device) / MIDI Controller Interface

The DJ CDJ-2000 NXS2 supports HID control of Serato Audio Research's Serato DJ , Scratch Live DJ and Native Instruments' DJ software TRAKTOR PRO 2 via USB without the need for a control disc.

Apart from that, the DJ player features a MIDI controller interface . In other words, the MIDI functions transmitted via USB are freely assignable and can transmit control information to external devices. This allows the Multiplayer to be used as a MIDI controller or DJ controller respectively. And if that's not enough, you can connect the Pioneer DDJ-SP1 as an additional controller and control up to four CDJ-2000 NXS2s via Pro DJ Link . This gives DJs instant access to even more hot cues , loops , slip mode and makes searching and finding tracks much easier.
